NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the final assessment roll for Utility Local Improvement District (U.L.I.D.) No. 43 of Val Vue Sewer District, King County, Washington, has been prepared and is on file and open to inspection by the public at the office of Val Vue Sewer District at 14816 Military Road South, Seattle, Washington, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., weekdays.
THE PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL

NOVEMBER 7, 2006, AT 6:30 P.M.
AT: VAL VUE SEWER DISTRICT OFFICE
14816 MILITARY ROAD SOUTH
SEATTLE, WASHINGTON
All persons desiring to object to any assessment on the final assessment roll are notified to make their objections in writing, and to file them with the Secretary of the Board of Sewer Commissioners at the Val Vue Sewer District office before 4:30 p.m. on November 7, 2006, or at the hearing itself. If a property owner fails to object to an assessment for the property before the end of the hearing, the property owner cannot appeal the assessment to the court.
ULID No. 43 consists of properties on the following described streets: the north side of South 175th Street generally bounded to the west by Military Road, to the north by the ravine which is approximately 150 to 350 feet north of South 175th Street, to the east by approximately 1250 feet east of Military Road and the south side of South 175th Street to approximately 320 feet south of South 175th Street.
At the November 7, 2006, hearing, or any adjournment thereof, the Commissioners may correct, change or modify the roll, or any part thereof, or set aside the roll and order a new assessment, and may then by resolution approve it. If any assessment is raised on any property, a new notice similar to the first shall be given, after which final approval of the roll may be made.
