ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

FOR SEWER INSPECTION AND REPORTING SOFTWARE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Midway Sewer District will receive sealed bids for the purchase of sewer inspection and reporting software.

The bids for the above software package shall be received at the District office, 3030 S. 240th St., Kent, WA 98090 (PO Box 3487) until 10 AM on the 29th day of November, 2006, at which time all bids will be opened and read aloud.

Each bid shall detail compliance with the terms and conditions of the purchase and the specifications thereof, which terms, conditions and specifications are on file and available for public inspection at normal working hours of the District at their office above stated.

Each bid shall be submitted in accordance with the provisions of the second paragraph of Revised Code of Washington 57.08.050(1), a copy of which is also available for public inspection at the District office.

The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding.
