NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION OF INTENTION AND OF HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 17, 2006, the Board of Commissioners (the "Board") of Val Vue Sewer District, King County, Washington (the "District") adopted Resolution No. 2006-11 declaring its intention to create Utility Local Improvement District No. 45 to carry out a portion of the comprehensive plan for a system of sewers for the District applicable to that utility local improvement district (ULID).

ULID 45 consists of properties on following described streets: the North side of S 136th Street from 140 feet east of 10th Avenue South to a point 180 feet east of 12th Avenue South, both sides of 12th Avenue South from S 136th Street to a point 300 feet north of S 136th Street, and the west side of S 136th Street from a point 300 feet north of S 136th Street to a point 550 feet north of S 136th Street.

The total estimated cost and expense of the improvements is approximately $ 305,000.00, of which 100% will be borne by assessments levied against the properties within the ULID specially benefited by those improvements.

A public hearing on the formation of ULID 45 will be held on December 5, 2006, at 6:30 p.m., local time, at the Val Vue Sewer District office located at 14816 Military Road South, Seattle, Washington 98168.

The preliminary assessment roll for the utility local improvement district is available for public inspection at the office of the District during regular business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
