Absentee ballots for the Nov. 6 election must be postmarked by or before Nov. 6. Voters can also return their voted absentee ballot to any polling place between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. on Election Day.
Voters who do not receive their absentee ballot in the mail by Friday, Oct. 26, should call 206-296-VOTE.
_To keep postage costs at cents, voters need to remove the stub from the top of their ballot before mailing it.
In-person accessible voting is available for all voters through Nov. 6 at King County Elections' downtown Seattle office at 500 Fourth Ave, Room 553, weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Accessible voting units provide an audio and touch-screen ballot in English and Chinese. With large font and high contrast options and tactile devices, voting is made easy for people with partial or no vision and any voter with a disability.
All voters are welcome to vote using an accessible voting unit.
King County Administration Building entrances on Fourth and Fifth Avenues are accessible to individuals with disabilities. To request accommodations, call 206-296-8683.
Voters' Pamphlets were mailed earlier to each household in King County.
Pamphlets are available in English and Chinese in print format and the Web at www.kingcounty.gov/elections.
Printed copies are also offered in Braille, large-type and audiocassette formats by request.
A Video Voters' Guide airs on King County Television and 17 community television stations through Election Day.
