Participants included Mayor Ralph Shape, Deputy Mayor Gene Fisher, Councilmember Mia Gregerson, and personnel from the City Manager's Office and Public Works, Parks, Planning, Police and Fire departments.

"The exercise lasted approximately four hours and went very well. As always, there are things to improve upon and city staff will address those areas."
