The City of SeaTac will host its International Festival on Friday, June 27 through Sunday, June 29 at Angle Lake Park, 19408 International Boulevard.
The festival will offer a grand parade, a family fun run, a skateboard competition, a model-hydroplane race, craft and food vendors, a play area for children and more.
A variety of ethnic and cultural bands from around the Pacific Northwest will perform throughout the weekend.
"With more than 83 languages spoken throughout the city, SeaTac is a growing, vibrant and diverse community," said Todd Cutts, assistant city manager. "The International Festival allows us to celebrate that diversity and to share it with our surrounding communities."
Festival hours are 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
Craft and food vendors will be open throughout the festival.
Admission is free.
The children's play area requires the purchase of a $10 wristband. Wristbands can be purchased the day of the event.
On Saturday, beginning at 10:15 a.m., a family fun run will follow the parade route and travel west on South 188th Street near Tyee High School, turn south on 33rd Avenue South, and end at Angle Lake Park.
The parade will begin at 10:30 a.m.
