Kennedy 34, Evergreen 0
Kennedy and Evergreen have had an intense rivalry the past few years as they have battled for the Seamount League title.
But this time the game wasn’t even close, with the Lancers cruising past the Wolverines, 34-0.
Nolan Washington scored the first touchdown for the Lancers with 11:46 left in the first quarter. Washington ran the opening kickoff back 87 yards for the score, which was followed by a Karl Antush kick for the extra point.
Tre Watson then scored on a 50-yard run with the kick failing at the 9:08 mark. Watson struck again with a 49-yard touchdown run at 5:55 and Antush made the kick.
D’Mario Carter punched in a 6-yard run at 2:14 to play in the first quarter, then Antonio Valencia ran 16 yards for a score for the final score of the game with 51 seconds to go in the first quarter. Antush made both kicks.
Watson gained a net 125 yards for the Lancers.
Girls golf
Kennedy 116, Hazen 40
Jaden Johnson shot a 44 to lead the Lancers to victory.
Rachel Forrey finished with a 45 for second and Claire Grotz shot a 49 for third. Kelly Jenkins came in fourth with a round of 50.
Foster 62, Lindbergh 42
Mallory Kent shot a 36 to win the medalist of the match. Foster teammate Katie Rors took second with a 40.

Foster scored 779 strokes to lead the Bulldogs past Seattle Christian, 779-786.
Foster vs. SCS
Foster scored 779 points and Seattle Christian 786.
SCS boys
Seattle Christian took 36th with a score of 953 on the boys side of the action.
Volleyball
Mt. Rainier 3, Tyee 0
The Rams rallied past the Totems last Tuesday, May 23, by a 25-8, 25-14, 25-3 score.Kathleen Mulligan scored nine kills for Mount Rainier as Christina Postnikoff got 12 aces and 12 assists.
Chelsea Miller had two aces and eight kills and Alina Moss six aces, three digs and three kills.

Kennedy’s Lancers scored a 25-5, 25-2, 25-10 victory over the visiting Totems.
Emily Lockett led the Lancers with 33 assists and five aces. Ashley Eneliko scored 15 kills and two stuff blocks.
Mt. Rainier 3, Evergreen 1
Kathleen Mulligan led the Rams with 16 kills in their 25-20, 25-27, 25-19,25-21 victory over Tyee. Chelsea Miller had 13 kills and for blocks and Christina Postnikoff led with 33 assists. Jessi Rendoni led with 11 digs and Alina Moss had nine kills and six digs. Melissa Yapp had five aces and five kills.
