Shop for unique gifts and watch live performances at the Phinney Neighborhood Association's Winter Festival Dec. 6 and 7.
There will be more than 115 craft booths to browse through and an ongoing variety of entertainment.
You will find candles, hand blown glass, clothing, paintings and local people.
Amelia Serafin, 11, will be showing off her recycled sock potholders.
"The potholders come in different patterns, textures and colors," said Amelia. "There is one or more for everybody's kitchen."
Performances will include music and dance from all over the world, ranging from ballet and traditional clogging to tribal belly dancing with attitude. Souza will be played, as well as bluegrass, choral music and more.
The event is a fundraiser for the Phinney Neighborhood Association, which provides community-oriented programs such as soup kitchens, childcare, a library, and community projects for neighbors in need.
The festival will be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., both days. A quilt raffle is scheduled for Dec. 7 at 4 p.m. Admission is $4, or $2 for members. Children under 12 are free.
