Virginia Mae LaMoria was born May 12th 1917 in Dubuque, IA, to Crystal and Albert Witte. In her late teens, she, with her family, moved to Seattle, WA where they lived across the street from Alki Beach. There she met Robert Ernest LaMoria and the two were married in January 27, 1935. She loved small children and animals of all kinds. She also loved poetry and over the years, wrote several hundred poems. She was a resident of Federal Way for 12 years. On November 9, 2006, in Federal Way, WA, she passed away from respiratory and heart failure. She was 89 years old. She is survived by her sons Robert and Joseph LaMoria, five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Arrangements by Klontz Funeral Home in Auburn, WA.
