Beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, friend, and neighbor died suddenly on January 21, 2008 in his home in Federal Way. Bill was born February 18, 1923 in Philadelphia, PA. He and his family moved to Washington State in 1940 and he has lived in Federal Way for the last 40 years. Bill was preceded in death by his only son, Chuck. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Karla Mohr; his three daughters Kelsey Caps, Kimberley Anderson, and Kelly Eccarius; grandchildren Tracey, Megan, Kali, Justin, Jerad, Jaynie, Joe, Ciarra, and Ashley; and great-grandson Ely.

The memorial service will be held at 12:45, Friday, February 8th at Tahoma National Cemetery in Kent.
