Longtime Ballard resident died, August 30, 2007 at age 77, in Marquette, MI.

Angela was born Sept. 21, 1929 in Italy and came to the United States on April 11, 1959. Throughout the years, she worked primarily as a caregiver.

Survivors include her son, Patrick (Mary Ann) House of Marquette, MI; two grandchildren, Cora and Michael House; a sister and brother in Italy; and several nieces and nephews.

No services will be scheduled.

Jean Veloni

Passed away August 23, 2007, at 73 years of age. She was born in Mountain, N.D., but resided in Seattle for more than six decades. A fixture in the Ballard banking community for 40 years, she worked at both Seattle First National Bank (now Bank of America) and Washington Mutual Savings Bank. She is survived by her husband John, son John Lynn and stepson Dennis. There will be no public services. Remembrances to your favorite charity.
