May 2, 1930 - January 13, 2008

Bert was born in Galesburg, Illinois and lived in Ballard and Camas Washington. Francis B. Crow was a beloved independent man. His accomplishments were Academy (A+), Air Force Corporal.

He became an artist after open-heart surgery. And Francis was legally blind, hearing impaired and lost his leg in December of 2007. He was the winner of Blue, 1st and 2nd Ribbons in VA Statewide Competitions. Bert celebrated 23 years of sobriety and non-smoking. His best jobs and friends was Ballard Blossom, 7-11, VA Hospital, Metro buses, especially Sunset Bowl Ladies.

Bert was thankful for love and prayers, and was loved by children family and friends. At peace with God, Bert requested cremation. No Services will be held. Celebrate his life at sunset.
