Meredith Ann Coffin was born on June 18, 1943. Beloved wife, mother, sister, and friend to so many in the Seattle area passed away Thursday morning at Swedish Hospital after a courageous 10 year battle with breast cancer. Meredith touched the lives of so many around her with her vivacious spirit and caring nature. A native of West Seattle she attended Lafayette Elementary, James Madison Junior High, and West Seattle High School. She has been employed by Sea Land since 1964. Meredith is survived by her husband Jack Coffin; daughters Jennifer and Roberta Coffin; sons Michael and Robert Dollarhide, and Ronnie Coffin; brother William Schauss; sister Linda Germain and her five grandchildren. Her passing is preceded by her mother Carol Schauss and her brother John Schauss.
