Passed away peacefully in his sleep, July 14, 2006. He is survived by his wife Louise, Grandson Scott Manning and wife Tonya, and stepdaughter Mckenzie, Daughter in law Marry Manning Smith and husband Dary, three adult children, and several grandchildren. Graveside services will be held August 15, 2006 at Washington Memorial park 16445 Pacific Hwy S. in SeaTac at 2 p.m. The family requests donations be made to Group Health Hospice Community Foundation 1730 Minor Ave, Seattle, Washington 98101-1500 in his memory in lieu of flowers.
