Mercer Island handled the Ballard High School boys swim team 140-45 Dec. 18.

Out of 12 events, the only Beaver victory came courtesy of Caleb Jaeger in the 100-meter breaststroke. Jaeger won the event with a time of 1:12.17.

Ballard will square off against Roosevelt at 3:30 p.m. on Jan. 7 at the Ballard Pool.
