On January 30, Richard “Dick” McColley went to be with the Lord. At 90 years old, he had lived a full and satisfying life. Monday morning he was listening to his daughter play hymns, took a nap on his favorite couch, and peacefully drifted off to Heaven.
Dick was born in Puyallup to Robert and Clare McColley. Later in life, he started corresponding with an attractive lady in Japan. Soon he was on the plane to meet Kazuko and marry her in Kobe.
He is survived by two daughters, Kathleen Foster and Claudine Roediger, and three intelligent, extraordinary grandchildren.
