Beloved husband to Michele and father of Kimberly, Robert and his wife Jaimie.

Bob passed away on Feb. 25, 2006, at Highline Medical Center in Burien. Born in the town of Long Island, Kansas, he was 67 years old.

He enjoyed a career as a machinist, eventually retiring from Boeing after 35 years of service. Since his retirement, he was able to pursue his enjoyment of golfing, gardening, cooking and photography.

Bob also leaves behind brother William and his wife Norma of Derby, Kansas, six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at Des Moines Beach Park Founders Lodge on March 11, 2006, at 1 p.m.

At the family’s request, in lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Diabetes Association on Bob’s behalf.
