Until we meet again ... Our beautiful beautiful boy. You will be forever young.
Jameson was born May 27, 2004, at Swedish Medical Hospital in Seattle and passed away July 1, 2006 in Des Moines at home. Jameson came into this world a born fighter, weighing in at only 1 pound 12 ounces and 12 inches long. During his short, but meaningful life, he learned how to trust and love those closest to him.
Jameson constantly gave all he had, even the days that he was not feeling his best. Our boy is now free from all pain and flying with the angels above. Jameson's contagious smile will be in our hearts and mind forever.
This truly blessed boy is survived by his parents, Tracy and James Sangster Collins; his sister Samantha Sangster Collins; his maternal grandparents Karen Clem Williams and Robin Anthony Colvin; his paternal grandparents Jeanann Sangster Collins, George Chattion Collins Sr. and his wife Paula Henken; his maternal great-grandmother Ms. Margaret Black Clem; his paternal great-grandmother Mrs. Morgan A. Collins; his godparents Jason and Amy Colvin and Jacqueline Davis; aunts and uncles Jean E. Collins, George C. Collins Jr. and Nina and Rodrigo Breton; and cousins Phelan Breton and Shelby Colvin.
Jameson was especially close to his aunt and uncle Maureen and Dan Jenkins and their sons Dante and Jack as well as his Uncle Gordon.
We are asking that donations be made in Jameson's name to Children's Therapy Center, 10811 Kent-Kangley Rd., Kent, WA 98030.
