Bessie M. Landes was born December 23, 1929, in Los Angeles, Calif., and went to be with her Heavenly Father November 21, 2006, at the age of 76.

Bessie's love for the Lord was evident in her care and concern for those around her.

Bessie is survived by her daughter Diane Connolly, two sons, Paul Landes and his wife Debbie, and Philip Landes and his wife Gerry; two sisters, Betty Blanton and Louise Sawchuck and brother Lester Peters; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Bessie was preceded in death by her husband, Irvin Landes, in 1983.

Viewing will be Friday, December 1, 2006, 8:30-9:30 a.m., with a Cryptside Service at 9:30 a.m., all at Bonney-Watson Washington Memorial, 16445 International Blvd., SeaTac.
