Jan. 19 saw a whole lot of shooting going on. Don't worry it wasn't dangerous. It was Cub Scouts shooting marbles. This event was held at Holy Rosary, where there were some 100 cub scouts from West Seattle pack #793 practicing their marble shooting skills.
They were practicing for a regional event to be held in Burien on Feb. 5 scheduled for 10:00 am to 12 noon at Latter Day Saints gymnasium.
On hand to teach and keep things under control was Mr. Hinthorn, the Den Leader of pack 793, sponsored by Holy Rosary School.
