Delridge Neighborhood District Coordinator Ron Angeles is retiring.
A celebration will be held at Youngstown Cultural Arts Center from 6:00 pm -8:00 pm Thursday, February 24th to honor Ron's decades of dedication and leadership. The public is invited.
