Gilbert & Sullivan Society perform during the "Gillbert & Sullivan Just for Laughs" fundraising gala at the Crown Hill Center.
Seattle Gilbert & Sullivan Society performers treated two sold-out audiences to 20 songs during their March 25th and 26th fundraising gala. "Gillbert & Sullivan Just for Laughs" was held at the Crown Hill Center gym where the organization now has a rehearsal and workshop space. The evenings were hosted by Dave Ross, radio host at KIRO-FM.
Working lights and sound was popular Seattle folk singer Tom Colwell of the band Tom Colwell & The Southbound Odyssey.
The Seattle Gilbert & Sullivan Society is promoting its performance of G&S's "Ruddigore" opening in mid-July at the Bagley Wright Theatre.
