"Softtail Tim"
Tim went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on February 14, 2008. Born on May 21, 1955, in Sioux City, Iowa, to Jerald and Barbara Framke. Tim loved his country and served with the U.S. Army for 2 years. Tim worked as a concrete finisher with the Cement Masons Union Local 528. Tim loved to ride his Harley and was a member of CMA, Christian Motorcyclist Association, which ministers to the motorcyclist in need of Christ. He belonged to the Tacoma Chapter known as Destiny Riders.
Every Friday night you could find Tim feeding the homeless under the A Street bridge in Tacoma with Pastor Ed from the Christian Biker Tabernacle church's street ministry project.
Tim is survived by his loving wife, Jodie, and daughter Amanda; brothers Mike and Robert, and sisters Melanie and Laurie; numerous nieces and nephews; and many friends.
Tim will be greatly missed by all his friends and family. His unwavering faith in God was an inspiration to many people.
A Celebration of Tim's life will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 1, 2008, at By His Word Christian Center, 10110 Aqueduct Dr. E. in Tacoma. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Kairos Prison Ministry or to the Christian Biker Tabernacle Street Ministry.
