79, of Sun City West, AZ, passed away on January 13, 2010.

Bill, a native of West Seattle, enjoyed traveling, baking and figuring out the mechanics behind everything. After the loss of his first wife, Lois, he was blessed to find love again and relished his new adventures and expanded family.

He is survived by his wife Joan; their children Susan, Keith (Shannon) and Scott Latta, Jan Sblendorio, John (Beth) Tobey, Laurie (Brian Johnson) Tobey, Chris (Jalayne) Tobey; sisters Lou McNeil; Dorothy (Bill) Olson, Mary (Mike) Hodge and 10 grandchildren.

A memorial service and reception will be held February 13th, 2:00 PM at St. John’s Episcopal Church, 105 State St., Kirkland WA.
