Margaret H. Fogarty Spadafore

Born May 16, 1913 in Seattle, WA. Died May 15, 2008 while at Providence Mount St. Vincent. The daughter of William and Hazel Fogarty, she spent the first 11 years of her life on Pearson Point, Poulsbo, WA at the farm of her grandfather, Charles Pearson. Later she moved to Tacoma, WA where she met her husband, Joseph J. Spadafore. They moved to West Seattle and spent 52 years together, until his death in 1994. Margaret retired from People’s Bank and was a long time member of the West Seattle Garden Club. She is survived by daughter Lynn Bankhead (John); granddaughters Julie Small (Todd) and Nicole Williams (Jason); and 5 great-grandchildren, Lauren and Nathan Small, Alex, Payton and Tallulah Williams.
