29-year-old Jesse K Drugger has been charged with one count of second degree child molestation and five counts of indecent exposure for an alleged string of flashing incidents late last month and into October, including one incident in West Seattle, according to the King County Prosecutor's Office.
His bail was also raised from $100,000 to $250,000 and Drugger remains in jail.
He will be arraigned on charges on Nov. 3 at the King County Courthouse.
Update for Oct. 19
The man arrested for an alleged string of flashing incidents involving children was in court today and had his bail set at $100,000. King County Prosecutors have until Oct. 20 to file charges against him.
Update for Oct. 18
The Seattle Police Department reports they have a suspect in custody believed responsible for five flashing incidents starting late last month, including one incident on S.W. Lander St. in West Seattle.
The man was arrested at 1 a.m. on Oct 18 in Kenmore.
Police say they discovered the suspect had been attending the Occupy Wall Street/Seattle protests at Westlake Park and circulated fliers to officers and public attending the Occupy Movement.
The suspect was booked into King County Jail for investigation of indecent exposure.

Seattle police are looking for a man suspected of exposing himself to children throughout Seattle from Sept. 29 through Oct. 3, including a Sept. 29 incident on the 5800 block of S.W. Lander St. in West Seattle.
He is suspected in five separate incidents.
The man is described as a "white male, 20-30 years old, approximately 5 feet- 10 inches tall, thin narrow face, fair complexion, slim build, brown hair, dark eyes, bushy or thick eyebrows, and a goatee. The suspect was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, and black pants."
Additionally, "the suspect was seen driving away in light tan or gold colored 4-door sedan. The first letter of the license plate may be “A”, according to police.
Anyone with information about this incident or who may know the identity or whereabouts of the suspect is asked to call the Seattle Police Sexual Assault Unit at 206-684-5575. Anonymous calls are welcome.
