Car vandalized with turkey
Police were called to a report of vandalism to a vehicle. The car was parked in the driveway of a home in the 2000 blk of S.W. 172nd St.
An unknown person(s) smeared a rotten, maggot-infested turkey over the entire exterior of the vehicle. There is no suspect information or a possible motive at this time.
Muddy boot prints
A homeowner in the 16600 block of Sylvester Rd came home to find that someone had been prowling around her residence. The subject walked through the flowerbed, up the front stairs, across the front porch and to the front bedroom window.
Muddy boot prints were left behind the subject’s path around the house. There was no evidence that the prowler made access inside the home and nothing was missing.
Semi overturns on SR-599
At least one person was injured during a crash involving a semi truck on SR-599. The crash happened just before noon on Wednesday, Oct. 26, near S. 133rd street in Tukwila. Troopers haven't said what caused the crash, but video showed a large semi carrying a shipping container overturned and sprawled across the highway and a damaged box truck on the shoulder. The crash blocked all northbound lanes. There's no word how serious the injuries are.
