NIGHT OUT 2012: Ideas and advice from other captains, packet stuffing for your party. Come share your ideas or ask for advice!

We’ll have some materials to stuff Night Out bags similar to last year with kid bags and adult bags with Crime Prevention and Emergency Preparedness pamphlets. But this year, you need to pick them up during the meetings. We may run out of materials and need to do another stuffing party at another meeting but we have enough to start for those of you who like to plan ahead. Night Out is August 7th and registration is open!

SW Police Precinct, 2300 SW Webster Street (at Delridge, next to Home Depot)

6:00-6:30
Arrive early for light snacks, socializing and networking with other Captains while we set the room up! We're having some leftover Zippy's Root Beer, Full Tilt Ice cream and cupcakes leftover from the party! I’m thinking Root Beer Floats! First come first serve!

6:30-6:45
Introductions, party review, announcements, neighborhood concerns, issues. Officer Kiehn will be there address any issues.

6:45-8:00
Night Out planning, preparation, advice. If you want packets to past out at your Night Out you are welcome to come stuff your materials during the meeting. They will be bags for kids and adults bags with information about crime prevention and emergency preparedness.

8:00-8:30
Feel free to stay after the meeting to continue your discussions.
