The Seattle Summer Swim League has been in operation since 1960, and offers six age groups -- starters, 8 and under, 10 and under, 12 and under, 14 and under and seniors -- based on a swimmers' age as of June 15. The league ranges from North Seattle to Federal Way and is divided into a North Division and a South Division, with the league season followed by division finals and then the All-Cities meet.
