Come garden and/or make stepping stones at Genesee Hill School on Saturday, September 22!

On Saturday, September 22, we have two fun events scheduled at the school. Bring your friends and family and attend one or both!

9 a.m. to 1 p.m. - Garden Cleanup to beautify the school property. SPU CityQuest Volunteers will be joining us! (Light refreshments and water will be available.)

* Bring spring bulbs to plant; tools and gloves are provided by Seattle Public Schools. Your donation of time is greatly appreciated.

1 p.m. to 3 p.m. - Mosaic Stepping Stone Creation with Bright River Studio artist, Terri Goodwin (www.brightriverstudio.com).

* Bring a colorful old plate or tile to break up for the mosaic, and dress for mess! Supplies may be limited, so come on the early side. Supply donations will be accepted, and participants will get to keep the finished stones.

Both events will be held at the north playground of Genesee Hill School. Come on out and meet some of your neighbors!
