THEIR PEAK THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING.
* WIND...LOCAL SUSTAINED WINDS OF 30 TO 35 MPH AND GUSTS OF 45
TO 50 MPH ARE LIKELY.
* IMPACTS...WHILE WINDS OF THIS STRENGTH SHOULD NOT CAUSE
