Ballard News-Tribune reader Hal directed us to the King County Assessor's parcel viewer (duh, we should've thought of that), revealing that the new microbrewery would be in a 750 sq. ft. two-bedroom house.

We just saw this application on the Liquor Control Board's liquor license application website for a new microbrewery in Crown Hill:

With all of the loving that industrial Ballard has been getting, it might be a nice change of pace to have something up north.
