Our news partners at Q13 Fox reported that King County Sheriff Deputy Martin ‘Marty’ Duran who was involved in an off duty motorcycle crash has died because of his injuries. He was 47 years old.

Sgt. Cindy West said, In 2004, Duran moved to King County and accepted a job with the King County Sheriff’s Office.

“Deputy Duran was a highly respected member of the Sheriff’s Office and most recently was a Master Police Officer assigned to the Southwest Precinct,” West said
