The Fatburger will be co-branded with another chain from the company, Buffalo's Express (a version of the larger Buffalo’s Café).
The store will be 2300 square feet and have roughly 15-20 employees. The location is slated to open in late fall of 2013. This will be the first full-service, co-branded location for Fatburger and Buffalo's.
The company wrote, "Buffalo’s Café offers customers a neighborhood dining experience with fresh dishes and a friendly atmosphere. Established in 1985, the first Buffalo’s Café opened its doors in Roswell, Ga., and the company now boasts more than 18 locations in Georgia, Florida, California, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Qatar. Featuring daily specials and regional appetizers and entrees, the menu highlights their world famous Buffalo-style chicken wings."
In addition to being co-branded, the location will have a full bar and outdoor seating.
