The inspection of the Alaskan Way Viaduct is complete and the road reopened to traffic shortly before 6pm, Saturday, March 1. However, the part of SR 99 between Valley Street and the Battery Street Tunnel remains closed for construction work through 6 A.M. Sunday. In addition, a portion of SR 99 up to the Woodland Park Zoo will be closed in both directions Sunday morning for the Hot Chocolate Run.
