Evergreen will open football season against Nathan Hale Sept. 5

Evergreen High School of White Center will kick off its football season Friday, Sept. 5 with an 8 p.m. non-league game against Nathan Hale of Seattle at Highline Memorial Stadium.
The scheduled second game for Friday, Sept. 12 has been switched from Fife High School to Highline Memorial because of construction at Fife.
The action will start at either 5 p.m. or 8 p.m.
Regular Seamount League action begins Friday, Sept. 19 with a 7 p.m. home game against Hazen.
Evergreen goes to Renton Memorial Stadium to play the Renton Indians at 7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 26 and comes home to Highline Memorial to play the Highline Pirates at 8 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 3.
Evergreen returns to Renton Memorial for a 7 p.m. game against Lindbergh on Thursday, Oct. 9 and is home again playing Kennedy Catholic at 7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 17 at Highline Memorial.
The Wolverines will journey to Bainbridge Island High School for a 7 p.m. non-league game on Friday, Oct. 24 before going to Foster for 7 p.m. action Friday, Oct. 31 in Tukwila.
Football practices open Wednesday, Aug. 20 across the state with all other fall sports practices starting Monday, Aug. 25.
