Football
Chief Sealth hosts Nathan Hale for a 7 p.m. game Friday as Evergreen entertains Hazen at Highline Memorial and Foster gets a visit from Cleveland.
West Seattle is on the road at Seattle Memorial playing Garfield at 5 p.m. and Highline visits Lindbergh at 7 p.m.
Mount Rainier goes to French Field to play Kentlake at 7 p.m. Thursday, while Kennedy Catholic waits until 1 p.m. Saturday to host Renton at Highline Memorial.

Volleyball
West Seattle visits Chief Sealth for a 7 p.m. crosstown match Wednesday and Mount Rainier travels to Kentridge at 7:15 p.m.
Kennedy is at Highline and Tyee at Foster at 7 p.m. Thursday as Evergreen entertains Hazen.
Mount Rainier journeys to Decatur for 3:30 p.m. action Friday, with Ballard at West Seattle and Chief Sealth at Franklin at 7 p.m.
At 7 p.m. Monday West Seattle hosts Roosevelt, and Tuesday Mount Rainier is at Todd Beamer at 7:15 p.m.
Highline is at Tyee at 7 p.m. Tuesday as JFK hosts Renton, Evergreen goes to Lindbergh and Foster to Hazen.

Girls soccer
Foster plays Tyee in a 3:30 p.m. match at Valley Ridge on Thursday and Highline visits JFK at 6 p.m. at Starfire.
West Seattle hosts Franklin and Chief Sealth goes to Holy Names at 3:30 p.m.
Seattle Christian is at Highline at 6:30 p.m. Monday.
Tuesday Mount Rainier hosts Todd Beamer at 7 p.m. at Highline Memorial, with Foster entertaining Hazen at 7:30 p.m. and JFK going to Renton at 6 p.m.
At 3:30 p.m. Tyee plays Highline and Evergreen hosts Lindbergh at Valley Ridge as West Seattle hosts Ingraham at Walt Hundley.
Chief Sealth hosts Seattle Prep at 4 p.m. at the SWAC.

Girls swimming
Mount Rainier hosts Todd Beamer for a 3:30 p.m. meet Thursday before going to the Autumn Relays at Rogers at 3 p.m. Friday.
The Lady Rams hosts Kentwood at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Boys tennis
Mount Rainier travels to Decatur for 3:30 p.m. action Wednesday as JFK goes to Lindbergh and Highline to Hazen.
Mount Rainier is at Kentridge Thursday with Foster at home playing Lindbergh Friday.
Foster is at Highline and JFK at Hazen this coming Monday and Mount Rainier goes to Tahoma Tuesday.

Cross country
Mount Rainier visits Todd Beamer at 4 p.m. Wednesday at Celebration Park in Federal Way, with Evergreen going to Fort Steilacoom at 10 a.m. Saturday.

Golf
Chief Sealth hosts Ballard at 3 p.m. Wednesday, while Foster is at JFK at 3:15 p.m. Thursday.
The Mount Rainier girls are at home playing Tahoma as the boys travel to Tahoma.
Friday West Seattle entertains Eastside Catholic at 3 p.m. as Chief Sealth travels to Blanchet, then West Seattle hosts Nathan Hale Monday and Chief Sealth goes to Cleveland Tuesday.

Seattle hosts Denver for a Super Bowl rematch at 1:25 p.m. Sunday.

Seattle is in Anaheim playing the Los Angeles Angels at 7:05 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, before going to Houston for 5:10 p.m. action Friday, 4:10 p.m. action Saturday and an 11:10 a.m. game Sunday.
The M's visit Toronto at 4:07 p.m. Monday and Tuesday.
