The 12th Annual Fauntleroy Fall Festival a free event, went off without a hitch Oct. 19 (unless you count the hitches on the ponies from Dreamland Ponies!). The community event is supported by donations and sponsors including the Fauntleroy Community Association.

It featured live music, pumpkin painting, birdhouse making, a cakewalk (with some extraordinary cakes), a chidren's petting zoo area, and pony rides, supplied this year by Dreamland Ponies who took the place of the previous pony contractor.

The event got sunny skies and warm temperatures which helped the healthy turnout.
