Among the first street level tenants in the new 4730 Apartment building in the West Seattle Junction will be a Chipotle Mexican Grill, the Denver based company confirmed.

Chipotle, which has been a rising star in the fast casual restaurant business since their founding in 1993 has stores that are typically 2,500 square feet and seat approximately 75 people. Each restaurant employs 25-30 people and interested applicants can visit jobs.chipotle.com for information about career opportunities.

They have 1700 locations across the nation and internationally.

The West Seattle location is expected to open in the fall, with signage going up soon and construction beginning in the next few weeks pending permit approval.
