Highline breaks ground for new urgent care clinic A Groundbreaking Ceremony for new Franciscan Medical Pavilion 16705 1st Avenue South, Burien (corner of 1st Avenue South and Southwest 160th Street) was held Thurs., May 7. CHI Franciscan Health is building a new $27 million, 48,000 square foot medical pavilion in Burien that will house an urgent care clinic, primary care clinic, women’s clinic, lab services and diagnostic imaging. The new pavilion is scheduled to be open in early 2016.
