As an official host site, Normandy Park Senior Living will hold an free event including “Silver Sneakers” class, Tai Chi and Yoga demonstrations, blood pressure checks, healthy nutrition ideas, complimentary 5-minute massages and walker and cane checks by a Chiropractor.

On this day, Normandy Park Senior Living will join with an estimated 100,000 seniors across the country expected to help promote active, healthy lifestyles through physical fitness, good nutrition and preventive care.
