The Seattle Summer Swimming League season will continue next Tuesday after taking Thursday off for the upcoming Fourth of July holiday.
Gregory Seahurst will visit nearby rival Normandy Park for a 6 p.m. meet as Arbor Heights hosts Twin Lakes and Olympic View entertains Kent.
Little League
District 7 all-star baseball action continues Wednesday with a pair of age 10-11 losers bracket games.
South Highline National and Seattle Central play on one PacWest diamond at 6 p.m. and PacWest will play Renton on another at the same time. Wednesday's winners then play at 6 p.m. Friday for the right to get to Sunday's 1 p.m. losers bracket final.
The winners bracket final between West Seattle and Renton is also at 6 p.m. Friday, with the loser dropping into the losers bracket final and the winner going straight to Monday's 6 p.m. championship. The if-necessary game is at 6 p.m. Tuesday.
The age 9-10 tournament, meanwhile, continues with two losers bracket games at 6 p.m. Thursday.
Seattle Central awaits West Seattle or South Highline National on one field and Renton awaits Southwest or South Highline American on another.
Thursday's winners meet at 12 p.m. Saturday with a berth into Sunday's 1 p.m. losers bracket final at stake.
PacWest and Rainier play in the winners bracket final at 12 p.m. Saturday, with the winner going to the Monday at 6 p.m. championship and the loser into the losers bracket final. The if-necessary championship would be played at 6 p.m. Tuesday.
West Seattle is set to play PacWest in the winners bracket final of the Majors age 11-12 tournament at 9 a.m. Saturday, with the winner going to the 6 p.m. next Wednesday championship. The loser plays the winner of Saturday's 9 a.m. game between South Highline National and Renton in the losers bracket final at 4 p.m., Sunday. The if-necessary championship is at 6 p.m. next Thursday.
Southwest will play South Highline National in the losers bracket final of the Intermediate (50/70) tournament at 6 p.m. Wednesday, with the winner playing West Seattle for the title at 9 a.m. Saturday. The if-necessary game would follow at 12 p.m. Saturday.

Seattle hosts D.C. United for an 8 p.m. men's professional soccer match at CenturyLink Field on Friday, with 97.3 FM and 1360 AM carrying the action live.
Mariners
Seattle wraps up its series in San Diego with a 12:45 p.m. game Wednesday before going to Oakland to play the A's for four games.
Thursday's opener starts at 7:05 p.m., with Friday's action at 6:05 p.m., Saturday's at 1:05 p.m. and Sunday's at 1:05 p.m.
The Mariners then come home to Safeco Field to play the Detroit Tigers at 7:10 p.m. Monday and Tuesday.
All Seattle games can be seen on ROOT Sports cable television and head on 710 AM.

Tacoma is at home at Cheney Stadium playing Las Vegas at 7:05 p.m. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday before going to Fresno to play at 7:05 p.m. Saturday, 6:05 p.m. Sunday and 7:05 p.m. Monday and Tuesday.
Rainiers action can be heard on 850 AM.

Seattle visits Minnesota for a 5 p.m. WNBA game Friday before dropping in on Atlanta at 12 p.m. Sunday.

Seattle's pro women's soccer team in in Rochester playing the Western New York Flash at 4 p.m. Friday.

Seattle is at home at the Showare Center in Kent playing Los Angeles in an 8 p.m. women's Legends Football League (lingerie) game Friday.
