Coming to West Seattle starting next spring will be Quail Park Memory Care, the first LGBT competent facility in Washington State.
The state’s first LGBT, culturally competent memory care community, Quail Park Memory Care will break ground next spring in West Seattle at 4515 41st Ave SW.
The facility will have 45 rooms for dementia, Alzheimer’s residents with a capacity to hold 63 residents.
Living Care Senior Lifestyle Communities said the building will have three self-sustained floors.
The facility will have a centrally located common space on each floor.
Some of the amenities will include a dining area, sitting lounge, theater, activity space, small outdoor patio, water features, putting green, distinct “neighborhoods” reflecting the West Seattle heritage and city and much more.
It is being designed by NK Architects and will have 9 parking spaces.
