All-Seamount football teams announced

Kennedy Catholic dominated the Seamount League in football this year, posting an undefeated record in taking the championship.
The Lancers also dominated in this year's All-Seamount League selections.
Senior Iziq Ifopo of JFK was named as the Athlete of the Year as well as landing the Offensive Lineman of the Year and Defensive Lineman of the Year awards.
Bob Bourgette was named as the league's Coach of the Year after his final season of guiding the Lancers before retiring.
Evergreen of White Center earned the Team Sportsmanship award, while Foster senior Alvin Noa was named as the Defensive Back of the Year and Hazen senior Kaleb McGee as the Offensive Back of the Year.
Ifopo was also named to the first team as a defensive tackle along with Lindbergh senior Korey Solo and as an offensive tackle along with Lindbergh junior David Baginsky.
McGee, meanwhile, was honored as a first team running back along with Kennedy sophomore Tre'Shaun Harrison and Foster junior Camet Soe.
Noa was named as a first team linebacker along with Kennedy senior Shammah Finau, Renton senior A.J. Solano and Lindbergh senior Anthony Nehren.
First team defensive backs are Kennedy senior Pierce Thompson, Kennedy junior Jared Thurber, Renton senior Tahj Bailey and Lindbergh junior James Duncan.
The first team center is Kennedy senior Lele Savelio and the first team offensive guards are sophomore Mila Saole of Foster and Hazen senior Keaton Zykowski.
Kennedy junior Trevor Hoffman was named as a first team receiver along with Renton senior Zach Hasson and Lindbergh senior Darian Sawyer.
Kennedy junior Keannu Royster was named as the top special teams player, while the quarterback was Renton senior Drew Olson and the first team punter and placekicker was Renton senior Zach Hasson.
Renton senior Kevin Nguyen was named as the first team tight end and the first team defensive ends were Lindbergh junior JoJo Serquinia and Hazen junior Joe Tryon.
Second team defensive tackles are Foster sophomore Mila Saole and Renton junior Joe Jokonya and the second team defensive ends are Kennedy junior Marvin Maale and Renton junior Joseph Wilson.
Second team linebackers are Highline senior A.J. Braun, Highline sophomore Ty Shanklin, Foster junior Junior Noa, Renton sophomore Royale Dotson-Goode and Lindbergh junior Diego Gallegos.
The second team defensive backs are Foster senior Zand Jacobson, Foster senior Drew Jorgensen, Highline sophomore Robert Jarata and Hazen senior Kevin Govea.
The second team tight end is Foster senior Timmy Nguyen and the second team quarterback is Kennedy junior Ben Geoteote.
Second team running backs are Foster senior Alvin Noa, Highline junior Malik White and Lindbergh junior JoJo Serquinia and the second team receivers are Foster junior Kevin Le and Lindbergh junior Anthony Walker.
The second team offensive guards are Kennedy sophomore Bowen McConville and Renton senior A.J. Solano, while the second team offensive tackles are Renton junior Griffin Proctor and Lindbergh senior Anthony Nehren.
The second team center is Renton sophomore Michael Richardson.
Making honorable mention at defensive tackle were Kennedy senior Lele Savelio and Foster junior Solomon Tapaelava and the honorable mention defensive ends are Kennedy senior James Jolly, Hazen senior Keaton Zykowski and Lindbergh senior Elisha Ellison.
Kennedy senior Michael Werlech and Kennedy senior Peter Hildebrandt are the honorable mention linebackers and the honorable mention defensive backs are Highline senior Liam Allen, Lindbergh junior Steve Cellis, Hazen senior Cody Stillings and Hazen freshman Corbin Walker.
Highline senior A.J. Braun made honorable mention at center along with Foster junior Frank Luega and Lindbergh senior Skyler Humphries.
Foster senior Kumar Teve made honorable mention at offensive guard and the honorable mention choices at offensive tackle were Highline senior Sean Walsh, Kennedy senior Riley O'Neil and Foster senior Jaun Ochoa.
Highline junior Preston Allen earned honorable mention at tight end and the honorable mention quarterbacks are Foster senior Zane Jacobson and Hazen senior Michael Mason.
The honorable mention running backs are Kennedy senior Shammah Finau, Kennedy senior Pierce Thompson, Hazen senior Austin Buza, Hazen senior Cody Stillings and Lindbergh senior DeMarco Sauls.
No one was selected for honorable mention at receiver.
