Robert BACON

Born April 17, 1920 in South Dakota, to Clifford Roy and Theresa Augusta Bacon, Robert Bacon passed away peacefully November 19, 2015.
He served as a Merchant Marine under the US Coast Guard during WWII and was a Merchant Seaman for 70 years, retiring at age 87.
He was a life member of Free Masons Maritime Lodge, Moose Lodge #3000, Elks, Sailors Union Pacific and IBEW.
Robert spent his last years in the loving care of Ashley Gardens Memory Care in Bremerton, WA. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Predeceased by his six siblings, Amos, Ethel, Hugh, Joyce, Viola and Helen, Robert is survived by his four children, Theresa, Marilyn, Karen and Rudy; five grandchildren, Darby, Michael, Leona, Amelie and Sloan; and great-grandchildren, Jonathan and Tristan.
Services were held November 28th at the Masonic Lodge, Port Orchard, WA.
