South Seattle College has announced an all-star line-up of participating chefs for the annual fundraising event, “Gifts from the Earth.”
The event will take place on January 23 at 5 P.M. and will be held in the heart of campus at the Brockey Center with all proceeds benefitting the South Seattle College Foundation.
Guests will enjoy a silent and a live auction and will be served a multi-course meal prepared by 19 of the Seattle’s finest chefs. Seven of the 19 chefs are South Seattle alums – a new record for the event – including 2014 Alumnus of the Year Executive Chef for SkyCity at the Needle, Jeff Mayfield.
