Merrill Gardens at Burien is currently under construction and estimated to open in the fall of 2016. Located in downtown Burien, this new senior living community will offer a blend of traditional architecture and modern elements. A courtyard and amphitheater will be open to the public and will be adjacent to the existing town center park.
