Little League
District 7 All-Stars
District 7 All-Star Little League action continues this week, with the Juniors provisional championship scheduled for 6 p.m. Wednesday at the PacWest fields located between Burien and SeaTac. The if necessary game is at 9 a.m. Thursday.
Winners bracket finals for the age 9-10 and 10-11 groups are also at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the same location, with loser's bracket games at 6 p.m. Thursday and loser's bracket finals at 6 p.m. Friday. The first championships are at 9 a.m. Saturday with the 10-11 if necessary game at 9 a.m. Sunday and the 9-10 if necessary game at 10 a.m. Sunday.
The Seniors tournament starts at 6 p.m. Friday between host PacWest and South Highline National, with the same two teams tangling at 9 a.m. Saturday for the championship with the if necessary game at 9 a.m. Sunday.
Majors tournament action will be held at the Bar-S complex in West Seattle starting at 1 p.m. Saturday with South Highline National playing West Seattle and PacWest playing Seattle Central.
At 11 a.m. Sunday Rainier awaits the SHN vs. West Seattle winner and Renton awaits the PacWest vs. Seattle Central winner.
Sunday's winners meet in the winner's bracket final at 6 p.m. Tuesday, with two loser's bracket games at 11 a.m. Monday.
A loser's bracket game follows at 6 p.m. Wednesday, July 6 with the loser's bracket final at 6 p.m. Thursday, July 7 and the provisional championship at 6 p.m. Friday, July 8. The if necessary game of the double-elimination tournament would be at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 9.

Highline Bears
The Highline Bears semiprofessional baseball team is on the road for a tournament in Kelowna, B.C. this Friday through Sunday.
The Bears -- who call Mel Olson Stadium at Steve Cox Memorial Park in White Center home -- have a 6-8 overall record going into the tournament including a split at Concordia University this past Friday.

Mariners
Seattle hosts the Pittsburgh Pirates for 7:10 p.m. action at Safeco Field on Wednesday, then the Baltimore Orioles come to town for 7:10 p.m. games Thursday, Friday and Saturday and for 1:10 p.m. action Sunday.
Then it's off to Houston for the Mariners, who play the Astros at 11:10 a.m. Monday and 5:10 p.m. Tuesday.
All Mariners games can be seen on ROOT Sports cable television.
Rainiers
Tacoma gets a visit from the Las Vegas 51s for 7:05 p.m. games Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Sunday's game will be followed by the annual Fireworks Extravaganza.
The Rainiers then go to Reno for a 6:35 p.m. game Monday and a 7:05 p.m. game Tuesday.
Sounders
Seattle visits Toronto for 4:30 p.m. Major League Soccer action Saturday that can be seen live on JOEtv.
Storm
Seattle hosts Dallas for 7 p.m. WNBA action at the KeyArena on Thursday before going to Atlanta for a 4 p.m. game Tuesday that will be carried on ESPN 3 cable television.
Reign
The Seattle women's soccer team hosts Boston for a 7 p.m. professional game at Seattle Memorial Stadium on Saturday.
Emerald Downs
The Auburn oval is open for horse racing action at 6:30 p.m. Friday, 2 p.m. Saturday and 4:30 p.m. Sunday.
Sunday's racing will be followed by a Fireworks Spectacular.
