Dear reader,
The websites for the online version of your community news site has been consolidated under the umbrella of Westside Seattle. You will still find the content that we have worked to get you for the communities west of I-5 since 1895. Yes, that is correct.
Our company, and by extension our family, have been publishing news since 1895 in Ballard, 1923 in West Seattle-White Center, and since 1946 in Burien-Des Moines in print.
Our web versions reflect this history too, but with quite a few added elements that simply do not fit in print.
The icons on the bottom of the page are a portal to each community. The links in the top menu bar give a pathway as well. When you click on any one of them, they open to choices about where you want to go. We will add things regularly and we hope you like the changes. Other amendments to the site will likely follow, just as news is always in flux.
