Evergreen hosts Chief Sealth at the same time Friday at Highline Memorial as Foster entertains Ingraham and Highline travels to Nathan Hale.

West Seattle is at home at the Southwest Athletic Center playing Washougal at 7 p.m. Friday and Kennedy Catholic meets Seattle Prep at 1 p.m. Saturday at Husky Stadium.

Girls soccer

Kennedy gets a 6 p.m. visit from Holy Names on Tuesday, Sept. 5.

Pros

Mariners

Seattle wraps up its 12-game road trip with a 12:05 p.m. game in Baltimore against the Orioles on Wednesday.

The Mariners take Thursday off for travel before hosting the Oakland A's at 7:10 p.m. Friday, 6:10 p.m. Saturday and 1:10 p.m. Sunday.

It will be half-price night as the Houston Astros come to Safeco Field for a 3:40 p.m. game Monday and the Astros will stay for 7:10 p.m. action Tuesday.

All Mariners games are carried on ROOT Sports cable television.

Seattle concludes its preseason schedule with a 7 p.m. game at Oakland on Thursday that can be seen on Channel 13 TV.

Storm

Seattle visits Washington for 4 p.m. action Friday before dropping in on Chicago for a 3 p.m. game Sunday.

Seattle goes to Houston for a 5 p.m. professional women's soccer match Sunday.

Rainiers

Tacoma hosts Salt Lake City for 7:05 p.m. games Wednesday and Thursday before wrapping up its season with four games in Las Vegas.

The Rainiers will play the 51s at 7:05 p.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday and at 12:05 p.m. Monday.

AquaSox

Everett plays its last home game at 7:05 p.m. Wednesday against the Eugene Emeralds.

The AquaSox visit Spokane Friday,  Saturday and Sunday to conclude their season.

Emerald Downs

The Auburn oval is open for 6:30 p.m. horse racing action Friday and at 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

The University of Washington opens its season with a 5 p.m. visit to Rutgers on Friday that can be seen live on FS1.

Cougar football

Washington State University opens with a 7:30 p.m. home game against Montana State in Pullman on Saturday that will also be carried on FS1.

Husky volleyball

Washington entertains Santa Clara at 7 p.m. Friday and Seattle University at 12 p.m. Saturday.
